The Davis has 27 apartments that include 17 studios. The Douglas has 22 rentals with 20 studio apartments. These two buildings are at Ocean Blvd and Alamitos Ave, across from the Villa Riviera with a Passport community shuttle stop between them.

The Whiting and Fairmont are on Chestnut Avenue at 6th and 4th Streets respectively, a walk or quick drive to the Long Beach Arena, Convention Center or Performing Arts Center. The Whiting has 33 apartments, 24 studios. The Fairmont has 19 rentals with 11 studios.

That means we have 72 studio apartments to rent in downtown Long Beach. Some are small, some large. Some remodeled, some retain their classic features. Some are 1st floor, 2nd floor, and 3rd floor.
