The cat needs to be mature, housebroken, and spayed or neutered; written proof required. Your cat needs to be well-behaved and not damage the dwelling, disturb neighbors, or constitute a threat to staff or residents and must be licensed and vaccinated as required by law. An additional security deposit amount will be required.
